The Refreshing is a one-day sacred gathering for women to pause, breathe, and be renewed in God’s presence.
It is not a conference or a workshop.
There is no pressure to perform, share, or “fix” anything.
It is a room created for peace, presence, and gentle realignment.
Who is this for?
This gathering is for women who carry much — in family, ministry, leadership, the marketplace, or seasons of transition — and desire space to be refreshed.
Women come as:

women in ministry and women quietly faithful

women who are strong, tired, hopeful, or discerning
You don’t need a title to belong here.

You are not required to come with others.
What does “table seating” mean?
This gathering is designed around tables rather than rows.
