Have You Focused Your Faith?
Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.. –Hebrews 12:2

I read a quote last month by Rev. Samuel Rodriguez that really blessed me and I believe it will bless you too.
If we TRUST that the best is yet to come, then we must TRUST in the road that takes us there. Remember the God of the OUTCOME is the God of the PROCESS.
It's time to focus.
It's time to Focus your time, your energies and your resources on and towards whatever your main goal is.
In order to do that you must first be clear on the goal... the ideal outcome that you are looking for.
Are you clear? Or are you divided in your attention. Do you have competing priorities?
I believe broken focus is one the major reasons for unrealized potential and success.
What are you focusing on? Where are you investing your time and money? Was the last decision you made consistent with what you desire and want or was your decision consistent with circumstances as they are?
I used the scripture verse above based on Jesus's mission to reconcile us back to God. Part of the process and the path was the cross which was associated with guilt and shame. He was able to endure because He knew His BIG Why - He was clear on the goal and the ideal outcome.
Therefore, based on Clarity and Commitment He was able to make decisions that were based on that outcome. Nothing could deter Him. His focus was not on the cross, it was on the JOY that was set before Him. The end goal beyond the cross.
I'm not advocating guilt, cross or shame, I want to encourage you to SEE THE JOY of your ideal outcome, and get focused, in your decisions, your resources and your time in moving you closer towards that goal. It's going to be worth it.
Trust God, Trust the Plan, Trust the Process.
For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].
-Ephesians 2:10
Remember faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
Stay informed but not consumed. Be prepared but not scared.
